This ‘Introductory Offer’ promotion is valid for all bookings between 1st October 2007 and 31st December 2007. |

This promotional offer is limited to professionals working within the Real Estate Industry. |

Complimentary package upgrade not available on the RTV Slideshow Package or the RTV Elite package. |

Upgrades refer to the next package up, i.e; an RTV Elite will not be granted as an upgrade from an RTV Economy or RTV Standard, but will be accepted from an RTV Premium. |

RTV Premium Packages booked without the DVD copies option included will not receive DVD copies within upgrade. Vice versa applies. |
| • |
The free RTV Slideshow offer will be valid for three (3) months from the shoot date of the original booking upon which it was awarded. It will be forfeited after three (3) months. |

Upgrades and free offers are not redeemable for cash or any other service. |
| • |
Prize draw valid with all RTV packages excluding RTV Slideshow. |

The complimentary package upgrade or free RTV Slideshow offer is valid for the duration of the promotion and is available multiple times to any person during this period. Only one (1) entry into the prize draw will be allocated however. |

Entry into prize draw is dependant upon both two steps off the promotion being met. |

Cancelled bookings, or bookings that were within the valid dates of the promotion but became rescheduled outside of the closing date for whatever reason will not be included into prize draw. The ‘shoot’ must be completed within the promotion period. |

All regular ‘Booking Terms & Conditions’ will also form part of the Terms & Conditions relating to this promotion. |

All entrants give Realty-TV permission to market them as an entrant in the promotion and/or as winner of the promotion prize!

The prize is limited to the value of $1,000 and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize. |

The prize is a prize awarded to the winner, for themselves and their colleagues. It must be redeemed in this manner. |

The prize will only be redeemable at the location chosen by Realty-TV and is subject to that locations terms and conditions/availability. |

The prize winner will be drawn by 5:00pm, Friday 18th January 2008. |

The prize winner will be notified by phone and email using their registration details completed in Step 1 of the promotion. |

The prize will be redeemable until June 30th 2008. |

If the prize is not redeemed by the specified date it will be forfeited. |

Realty-TV does not hold or accept responsibility for any circumstance whereby the specified prize may be undeliverable. In this instance, a similar replacement prize will be awarded to the same or similar value. |
