URL location + Splash Page

Your URL location is the location of your video on the internet. This will be provided online and emailed to you upon approval and received payment of your RTV Tour.

It is very simple to implement this URL, it simply must be attached as a hyperlink to an image (video or VR Tour button) or attached to a piece of text, e.g; 'view video tour here' within any online property listing anywhere.

This link can also simply be copy & pasted to a new email or mass-email and sent to everyone in your database who may have interest in the property.

The Splash Page is the window that will appear when this URL link is clicked, whether it be through an email or an image / text you have attached it to in an online advertisement. Realty-TV provides this Splash Page for you. It displays the video frame, along with your photo and contact details.

UNLIMITED hosting and streaming for duration of sale

All RTV Tours will remain 'live' for the duration of the sale giving you that added peace of mind. There will never be a 'hits' or 'views' limit associated with RTV Tours, nor will there be an expiration date attached to the hosting time.

This is possible due to the use of our own dedicated in-house video streaming server, enabling us full control over every aspect of your video delivery. We simply ask that when the property is sold or has been withdrawn from the market, that you notify us so that we can remove the video from public viewing space.

RTV eBrochure for instant email marketing (exc. RTV Slideshow)

The RTV eBrochure is a pre-designed PDF template which we customize for each individual property. This PDF file provides direct 'clickable' links and can be sent from yourself as an attachment to your potential clients. The links included consist of:

•	the properties listing on your website - click property address or property images
•	the RTV Tour - click link at bottom (click here to view video tour)
•	your websites home page - click logo at top left
•	email the selling agent - click agents photo or email address / opens default email program.

This eBrochure can be printed but is not of optimal print quality. It is designed for fast email transmission to be an easy method for agents to create awareness and interest in the property, bring traffic to your website, and possibly generate interested enquiries through.

Agent Podcasting Site (exc. RTV Slideshow)

The next big phase in online video marketing. 'Podcasting' (a combination of the two words 'iPod' and 'Broadcasting') has revolutionised distribution and portability of digital video content.

As a standard inclusion, your RTV Tours (exc. RTV Slideshow) will be available as a free download through Apple iTunes ®. The impact that this creates will be phenomenal, taking advantage of two massively popular technologies; Apple's Video iPod and iPhone. Potential buyers will be able to 'suscribe' to your Podcasting Site' and be automatically updated with your new RTV Tours every time they plug their iPod / iPhone into their computer. It's that easy!

HD Stills for use on web and print (n/a for RTV Slideshow)

Realty-TV HD stills are just that, still images retrieved from our High Definition video camera recorders. Depending on the package booked, we provide a certain number of stills complimentarily with our service.

Our stills receive minor adjustments / digital imaging, however, we do not provide a re-touching service with our stills. They are definitely suitable for web use and small print (up to approx. A5 size) but are not intended as a replacement to professional high quality still photos.

DVD copies to handout at open homes (RTV Premium & Elite)

Why not handout the property's RTV Tour with your brochures? DVD copies come standard with RTV Premium and RTV Elite, however, we can provide DVD copies as an optional extra with any package. Each DVD will come with a personalized face and include your contact details. Please allow five (5) working days for delivery of DVD copies.

24 - 48 hour turnaround time (exc. dvd copies)

Efficiency guaranteed. Your RTV Tour and all standard inclusions (exc. dvd copies) will be provided within 24 to 48hrs, or upon video approval from yourself. Please note that a further 24 to 48hrs will be required in the instances of edit requests.

All RTV Tours (video) undergo an image enhancement process through our state of the art editing facilities. Great attention is paid to the 'look' of every shot in an RTV Tour to ensure that the property is displayed as best as possible.

Stereo lapel sound + background music soundtrack

Every RTV Tour benefits from professional audio aquired through our stereo lapel microphones. This audio then goes through a series of editing techniques to ensure it is of optimal quality and clarity. Background music is also added to every RTV Tour and is specifically chosen to compliment the feel / style of the property, the area and tastes of the likely potential buyer.

High Definition Filming / Widescreen aspect

Our camera equipment provides High Definition clarity and Widescreen frame size. Along with other professional functions implemented, these features translate for you into optimal picture clarity and quality.

Not only can you review and approve your videos 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, you can submit a Booking Request or change your Registration details or anything else you may wish to do. There is no need to worry about your 'to do' list during business hours anymore.
